Brian's has since played with some of our most notable Jazz musicians, particularly in the Melbourne scene, as evidenced by the album details listed below, including David Jones, Geoff Kluke, Judy Jacques, Michael Jordan and Sue Johnson amongst others.
It takes me back to one of the first Jazz gigs I went to at the Commune in Fitzroy in the late 1970's, where I listened to Brian and Bob Sedergeen tear it up in a smoke filled frenetic concert for a handful of very lucky patrons. The freedom and energy on that night was mesmerising.. it was if Australian Jazz was breaking new boundaries"
